DOT Exam

We provide the standard long form DOT physical necessary for drivers subject to Department of Transportation regulations including all CDL, class A, B, and C licensed drivers. You will receive a driver or CDL medical card upon successful completion of the physical the same day. We provide the standard long form DOT physical necessary for drivers subject to Department of Transportation regulations including all CDL, class A, B, and C licensed drivers. You will receive a driver or CDL medical card upon successful completion of the physical the same day. This is the form that you will bring to the DMV to self certify and keep your CDL medical exam current. We also provide you with a laminated pocket card to keep on your person.

The examination includes:
-a height and weight check
-a urinalysis to check specific gravity, protein, blood, and sugar in urine
-Blood pressure and pulse rate checks
-a vision and hearing exam
-a physical examination of different body systems

Dr. Prunty received her doctorate from Parker University, a bachelor in Anatomy, Health and Wellness and is a Certified Medical Examiner of FMCSA.

She matches each patient to treatment plans from a diverse portfolio, leveraging innovative technology and techniques like Diversified, Activator, Charrette Extremities and her many years of on -the-job experience. Anyone suffering with personal injury, discomfort or physical pain and DOT employees are encouraged to visit the clinic.

When she’s not at work, Dr. Prunty is a wife, mother of two, a stepmother, and a dog mom. Dr. Prunty has several different hobbies including writing, reading, camping, sports spectating, and traveling the globe.
